Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mila Aesthetics, we are committed to providing the highest standard of medical care and ensuring that every patient receives dedicated attention from our team. To facilitate efficient scheduling and allocation of medical resources, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all procedures, including hair transplant surgeries and other surgical treatments.

Booking Confirmation

A procedure is confirmed only after the required booking amount has been received. The booking amount secures your appointment date and allows us to reserve the operation theatre, surgeon, anesthetist (where applicable), nursing staff, medical equipment, and other resources exclusively for your procedure.

Booking Amount, Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

Once the booking amount has been paid and your procedure date has been confirmed, the booking amount is strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.

Patients who are unable to attend their scheduled procedure may request to reschedule their appointment by notifying the clinic at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled procedure. All rescheduling requests are subject to the availability of the surgeon, operation theatre, and medical team.

If a patient cancels the procedure after the booking has been confirmed, provides less than 24 hours’ notice, or fails to attend the scheduled procedure (No-Show), the booking amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Reason for the No-Refund Policy

Once your procedure is confirmed, significant medical and operational resources are reserved exclusively for your appointment. These include:

  • Reservation of the operation theatre.
  • Dedicated time of the surgeon and medical team.
  • Scheduling of the anesthetist/anesthesia team (where applicable).
  • Allocation of nursing and support staff.
  • Preparation of surgical equipment and consumables.
  • Blocking the appointment slot, preventing it from being offered to another patient.

As these arrangements involve substantial operational costs and cannot typically be reassigned at short notice, the booking amount is non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed.

Exceptions

In rare circumstances where Mila Aesthetics is unable to perform the scheduled procedure due to reasons attributable to the clinic or the treating doctor, the patient will be offered either:

  • A suitable alternative appointment, or
  • A full refund of the booking amount, if rescheduling is not possible.

The clinic reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
